Education & qualification: Elena Ichimescu (40) is a fully qualified Romanian lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Bucharest Law Faculty, holding also a master degree in Business Law.

Elena has built an impressive practice in labor law, specializing in all areas of employment, including local and cross border issues, assisting also clients in sensitive TUPE cases, and in complex projects such as restructuring cases, collective dismissals.
Additionally, she elaborated and held seminars and trainings on various labor law topics.
