Education & qualification: Daniel Petre is a certified tax consultant, member in good standing of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF). He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
Areas of expertise: Corporate income tax, valued added tax, local taxes, environmental fund contribution
Experience: Daniel is a tax professional having over 20 years of experience in the field of taxation and statutory accounting, out of which 15 years in a Big Four company, as a Tax Director. He has significant experience in projects such as international tax structuring, domestic tax planning, acquisitions and group restructurings, tax audit assistance and regular day-to-day advisory.
Client portfolio: major clients acting on domestic and international markets in fields such as retail, energy & resources, manufacturing, real estate, etc.
