Education & qualification: Veronica Vișinescu is a fully qualified Romanian lawyer, member in good standing, since 2008, of the Bucharest Bar Association, and National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.
She holds a master’s degree in business law from the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University. Veronica is a bachelor of law of the Faculty of Law of Nicolae Titulescu University as well as bachelor of philology of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature of the Bucharest University where she studied German and Italian.

Experience: Veronica’s expertise covers a large range of legal consultancy services in various fields of private and public law, from corporate and commercial to public procurement and insurance. She has been providing legal assistance in respect to clients’ daily business, as well as in relation to their various specific projects. Veronica has established herself as a key contact to advise clients and to develop, prepare, review and negotiate various documents in accordance with their commercial strategies, but also to represent clients in front of various authorities.
Prior to joining our firm in 2023, Veronica worked for several national and international business law firms, but also as an in-house lawyer for a blue chip company, being especially involved, during this latest tenure, in drafting and negotiating financial agreements in the IT industry.
